Every home at NVT A Wonderful World Eterna is a 4 BHK ground-plus-two triplex villa — a double-height living room on the ground floor, bedrooms and a family lounge above, and a second-floor media room or suite opening to a private terrace. What changes across the five layouts is footprint, plot width, facing and a few signature touches like a corner garden or an in-villa lift. Use the selector below to switch between them; each shows the plan, key specs and the full room schedule. Dimensioned PDFs for all five, plus the township master plan, are shared on enquiry.

Which Eterna villa fits you?
By budget
Cyra is the efficient entry at ~Rs 3.32 Cr; Bianca and Bliss sit in the middle; Atria and Astra top the range. Plot premium and facing nudge the final number.
By plot & garden
Want the most outdoor space? Bliss is a corner villa with an extended garden, and Astra has the largest plot (32×74). Cyra and Atria are narrower-frontage 32-ft plots.
By facing
East- and west-facing options exist for most layouts; Atria is west facing. If Vastu matters to you, ask for the available east-facing inventory early — it moves fastest.
By lifestyle
Need a lift and a bedroom on every floor? Look at Bianca and Bliss. Want a dedicated media room? Cyra and Atria include one. All have private terraces.
Layout by layout
The five villas, in plain words
Cyra (3,283 sq ft, 32×52). The most compact and best-value entry into Eterna, available east and west facing. A double-height living room anchors the ground floor; upstairs you get the bedrooms, a family lounge and a second-floor media room, with twin open terraces. If you want a triplex villa lifestyle without stretching to the top of the range, Cyra is the one to look at first.
Bianca (3,449 sq ft, 32×64). A wider-frontage villa with a more generous backyard and a private in-villa lift. The layout places a bedroom on every floor, including a private second-floor suite — useful for multi-generational families or anyone who wants a guest or parent suite kept slightly apart from the main bedrooms.
Bliss (3,584–3,600 sq ft, 42×52 corner). The corner villa of the collection. Its 42-foot frontage and corner position give it an extended garden running the length of the plot, plus an in-villa lift. Corner plots tend to be the first to sell in any villa project because of the extra light and outdoor space, so flag your interest early.
Atria (3,947 sq ft, 32×62, west facing). Tied for the largest built-up area, Atria adds a first-floor family lounge and a dedicated second-floor media room with laundry. It is west facing, which many buyers prefer for evening light on the terrace and living spaces.
Astra (3,947 sq ft, 32×74). The largest plot in Eterna at 32×74, available east and west facing — the choice for buyers who want the most land. It mirrors Atria's generous layout with a double-height living room, four bedrooms, a first-floor family lounge and a second-floor media room opening to twin open terraces, plus a 32-ft-wide backyard.
A note on facing and Vastu. East- and west-facing inventory both exist across most layouts, and many Bengaluru buyers have a clear preference here. East-facing homes are traditionally favoured for morning light and are often the first to go, so if facing is non-negotiable for you, raise it at the enquiry stage rather than at booking. That said, a well-planned west-facing villa like Atria gives beautiful evening light across the terrace and living spaces — worth keeping an open mind if your shortlist is tight. We can send the current east- and west-facing availability for each layout so you choose from what is actually on the table.
